Zachary I. Rosenberg has joined Steeg Law as an Associate in the transactional department. His practice areas include commercial transactions, corporate law, general business law, and commercial and residential real estate law.

Mr. Rosenberg is known for being both personable and tenacious in support of his clients. He listens carefully to their needs and works diligently to find solutions that accomplish their goals.

Mr. Rosenberg also litigated for several years, trying numerous cases to conclusion. As he says, “During my time as a litigator, I gained valuable insight into common issues that can arise after a deal is consummated. This experience helps me understand and protect the financial interests of my transactional clients.”

He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Court Watch NOLA, a non-profit organization focused on promoting greater efficiency, transparency and procedural fairness in Louisiana criminal courts.

Mr. Rosenberg received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science summa cum laude from Dickinson College and his Juris Doctor summa cum laude from Tulane University Law School. While at Tulane University Law School, he was the Senior Notes and Comments Editor of the Tulane Law Review and a Legal Research and Writing Senior Fellow.
