- Represented tenant in lease of approximately 20,000 square feet of retail space in major shopping center on the North Shore, St. Tammany Parish, Louisiana.
- Served as title agent for the refinancing of an assisted living facility in Kenner, Louisiana, issued lender’s title insurance policy for approximately $26,000,000.
- Represented purchaser of vacant property in Vidalia, Concordia Parish, Louisiana, for approximately $1,000,000, for future development of a gas station/convenience store.
- Served as title agent for the refinancing of a shopping center in Gonzales, Ascension Parish, Louisiana, issued lender’s title insurance policy for approximately $5,400,000.
- Represented the borrower in refinancing of $5,200,000 loan on combined commercial/residential development in downtown New Orleans, Louisiana.
