- Obtained judgments ordering the cancellation of notices of lis pendens that had been improperly recorded and were holding up multi-million-dollar real estate transactions
- Obtained a judgment holding that a neighborhood association had no right to intervene in a state district court proceeding concerning the appeal by trial de novo of the denial of a coastal use permit by the La. Department of Conservation and Energy, even though the project for which the permit was denied arguably would impact the neighborhood
- Issued owner’s title insurance to the purchaser of an industrial property in Houma, Louisiana, in excess of $3,000,000
- Served as title and settlement agent for the refinance of a single-use retail site in Metairie, Louisiana, in the amount of $2,500,000
- Represented seller of 100+ acres of vacant land in Plaquemines Parish, Louisiana
