- Represented the lender in $6.5mm refinance of the real estate for a major automobile dealership in New Orleans East
- Served as title agent and issued an $18,500,000 lender’s title insurance policy for the refinance of an apartment complex in Lafayette, Louisiana
- Served as title agent and issued a lender’s title insurance policy in connection with a loan modification for an assisted living facility in Baton Rouge
- Represented a major institutional landowner in acquisition of several parcels of real estate adjacent to property currently owned by client, value in excess of $1,000,000
- Represented the developer in connection with the conversion of an apartment building in the French Quarter of New Orleans in 8 condominium units
- Represented the landlord in the negotiation and execution of a lease for approximately 6,000 square feet of office space to a major institutional tenant, property located in the Broadmoor area of New Orleans
- Served as local counsel for the developer in connection with a $26MM affordable housing development closing using federal low income housing tax credits, CDBG funding from the Louisiana Housing Corporation, Home funds from the City of New Orleans, a HANO loan and a PILOT from the IDB
