Represented potential buyer of valuable residential property in New Orleans in an action brought by seller and the listing broker for alleged breach of the purchase agreement, wherein the seller and broker sought nearly a million dollars in damages. Argued the case before the Louisiana Court of Appeal for the Fourth Circuit, which recently upheld decision of the trial court in our client’s favor, affirming that title was not merchantable due to a fence encroachment and that the purchaser did not breach the purchase agreement.
