- Served as title agent to issue owner’s title insurance policies in connection with a loan workout involving three assisted living facilities in Bunkie (Avoyelles Parish), Ruston (Lincoln Parish), and Houma (Terrebonne Parish)
- Represented client in closing of $26,400,000 permanent financing from Fannie Mae for a multi-family residential rental property
