  • Represented purchaser in acquisition of two convenience store/gas station sites in East Baton Rouge Parish, combined value $1,500,000

  • Represented purchaser of major historic building on Canal St. in New Orleans
  • After two years of litigation, obtained plaintiff’s voluntary dismissal with prejudice of bad faith action against title insurer
