  • Represented the purchaser in multi-million dollar purchase of approximately 16,800  square feet of vacant ground in downtown New Orleans, Louisiana, including a 1031 Exchange
  • Represented the lender in multi-million dollar loan and mortgage transaction involving a retail/community center/workforce development facility in New Orleans East
  • Represented tenant in re-negotiation of multi-floor lease involving release of existing leased space and expansion of other leased space, including one lease termination, one lease amendment, and one new lease for an extended term
  • Represented landlord in dispute and enforcement of termination of master lease of residential building in New Orleans area, including penalty payments and phased release of space
  • Represented landlord in negotiation and confection of 20-year lease with major tenant of  18,000  square foot anchor building in suburban shopping center
