In this role, he manages the department’s review of development applications, including zoning entitlement, design review, and subdivision proposals. These sessions provide an opportunity for property owners to ask questions and learn more about how to work with the City Planning Commission.

Navigating the HDLC
The Preservation Resource Center partners with the Historic District Landmarks Commission to offer this free course designed to help property owners understand the HDLC application process and avoid the frustrations experienced by some applicants. Taught by HDLC Senior Architectural Historian, Yvette Jett, this class provides an opportunity for property owners to ask questions and learn more about how to work through the HDLC process.

Historic House Specialist Seminar
