Spring Home Tour

The PRC’s Spring Home Tour opens the doors to several private residences and showcases the livability and versatility of New Orleans’ beloved vernacular architecture and neighborhoods.

The Spring Home Tour is held every spring and draws preservationists and attendees from across the country. This annual event raises funds for the Preservation Resource Center to help protect the historic architecture, neighborhoods and cultural identity of New Orleans.

There are two ways to enjoy the tour and explore the neighborhood: a self-guided tour and the Enhanced Architectural Experience, a guided tour with an expert guide from NOLA Tours. These exclusive walking tours highlight additional key houses along the tour route and give a deeper historical context to the featured homes and neighborhood.

Tickets for the 2026 Preservation Resource Center’s Spring Home Tour, presented by Entablature Design + Build on sale soon!
