Steeg Law is pleased to announce that Margaret V. Glass has joined the firm as an associate in the transactional section. Her practice areas include commercial and residential real estate transactions, including landlord/tenant law and condominium law, as well as sales and purchases, zoning and land use, and real estate financing and other commercial loans.
Margaret previously worked for Steeg Law in the litigation department before moving to Texas where she gained further experience in insurance coverage, construction litigation, title curative litigation and condominium-related litigation.
Margaret is known for being both detail-oriented and pragmatic, strengths that help her devise creative solutions to difficult problems. Clients note that she is pleasant to work with, prompt and effective, even when she is addressing complicated and time-sensitive issues.
Managing Partner Robert Steeg commented, “We are delighted to have Margaret once again working at our firm. Her experience in litigation has given her important insights that will greatly aid her transactional practice. She has the ability both to see the big picture and to pay attention to the small details, and we certainly do both on the transactional side of our practice at Steeg Law.”
