Partner Margaret Glass will give a presentation on title insurance at the Preservation Resource Center as part of the “Buying a Renovation: PRC’s Buy Right Class.” The two-night course will focus on how to purchase a historic home in need of renovation in New Orleans. The goal of the class is to provide a basic knowledge base to evaluate a property, determine feasibility, and provide current information about financing and insurance. This course will enable participants to minimize complications and maximize their budget by learning from professionals with years of experience.

Margaret will present during the Financing and Insurance course on March 14. Her presentation will provide information on understanding your title insurance commitment and preparing for closing.

In 2022, Margaret participated in a panel discussion on “Due Diligence,” the third event in the “Vision to Reality” series on commercial development co-presented by the PRC and Commercial Real Estate Women of New Orleans. Margaret serves on the Board of Directors for the Preservation Resource Center and is also a member of the PRC’s Executive Committee.
