Associate Margaret GlassMargaret Glass, an associate in the Transactional Section of Steeg Law, has joined ULI Louisiana.

ULI Louisiana is a District Council of the Urban Land Institute, the oldest and largest network of cross-disciplinary real estate and land use experts in the world. ULI has become the go-to resource for real estate development expertise in our area. ULI Louisiana’s work is essential to the responsible development of the Gulf Coast and the State as a whole by creating better land use practices and thriving, sustainable communities. 

Over the years, ULI Louisiana has developed the “What’s Really Going On” real estate conference, elevating the program to a regional event. The organization also forged a strategic partnership with Tulane University Masters in Sustainable Real Estate Program, UNO University Planning and Urban Studies, and encouraged involvement from the local parish presidents and community leaders.

Margaret will be attending the 10th Annual Emerging Trends in Real Estate conference on Wednesday, January 23, 2019 from 8am – noon at the Pan American Life Center in New Orleans and will write a report for Steeg Law’s clients. As a member of ULI Louisiana, she will continue to update our clients on real estate issues that affect their business.
