Associate Henry Opotowsky has join ULI Louisiana, a District Council of the Urban Land Institute. ULI is the oldest and largest network of cross-disciplinary real estate and land use experts in the world. District Councils are ULI at the local level, facilitating the exchange of ideas and the transmission of ULI best practices. ULI Louisiana has approximately 260 members, who come together at monthly luncheons and at other events to share experiences and learn from each other.
ULI Louisiana’s work is essential to the responsible development of the Gulf Coast and the State as a whole. With expanded programming in Baton Rouge and Shreveport, ULI Louisiana brings regional networking opportunities, multi-disciplinary programs for our members, and an overall broader reach for impacting our community.
Henry will be attending ULI Louisiana’s Emerging Trends In Real Estate conference on February 23, 2024 and will share highlights in the upcoming Steeg Law newsletter. Presenters from New Orleans and other areas in Louisiana, including developers, tech entrepreneurs and government officials, discuss recent trends in the real estate industry. Previous topics have included impactful projects in Louisiana, environmental resilience and housing affordability.
