Senior Associates, Lillian E. Eyrich and David A. Martinez, will be speaking at the Lorman Education Services CLE seminar, “Title Examination,” on August 12 in Kenner, LA. The seminar, which runs from 9:00am to 4:30pm at the Hilton Garden Inn New Orleans Airport Hotel, has been designed for attorneys, legal assistants, other legal professionals, lending and loan officers, title officers, real estate professionals, right of way agents, and insurance professionals to provide comprehensive information about conducting title examinations, including the do’s and don’ts of title search.

Ms. Eyrich will cover “The Basics of Title Insurance: The Covered Risks, Exclusions From Coverage and Conditions of the Basic ALTA Policy Forms,” while Mr. Martinez will discuss “Endorsements and Survey.” Other topics include:
