Profile

Zachary H. Kupperman represents clients in a broad range of legal and business matters, including commercial litigation, commercial real estate, corporate finance and corporate law. Mr. Kupperman has particular experience in business formation and strategic planning for entrepreneurs and start-ups.

While in law school, Mr. Kupperman was a finalist in the Tulane Business Plan Competition, a semifinalist in the 504ward Business Plan Competition, and served as a coach at Voodoo Ventures’ Startup School. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Kupperman worked in real estate and also founded several businesses, including PolicyPitch.com, an innovative approach to involving citizens in the legislative process. His keen business acumen and experience is an added benefit for Steeg Law clients.

Mr. Kupperman is also very active in the New Orleans community. He Co-founded and served two years as Chairman of the New Orleans Young Urban Rebuilding Professionals, now known as Make New Orleans Home, and currently serves on its board. He is also involved in and dedicated to the economic development of the New Orleans region, participating in the creation of and contributing to WorkNOLA.com and 504ward.
