For the last several years, Ms. Babashoff has been a practitioner coach for Tulane Law School’s various moot court and mock trial teams, including the Tulane Law School’s Veteran Trial Team, as well as their American Association of Justice (AAJ) Trial Team.

  • Assisted lender in subordination of SBA loan, which was the primary mortgage on residential property.
  • Represented commercial landlord in obtaining an eviction of a non-paying tenant.
